The Creao Studio website has recently undergone a significant overhaul of its booking system. After consulting with Andrew Backhouse Design, we have transitioned from an eCommerce solution to a more tailored and efficient system that better suits the needs of our customers.

The new booking system allows customers to easily schedule practice sessions in our lovely cork-lined room. This includes the ability to select a specific date and time, and you can create an account to keep up to date with your bookings … hell, there are even text reminders, so you don’t forget on the day.

Customers can also easily view available time slots and see their past bookings, all from the convenience of their computer or mobile device. This makes it easier for customers to stay on top of their projects and for me to keep track of upcoming bookings.

One of the most important things to us was providing an easy and intuitive booking process for our customers. With the new system, customers can easily navigate the website, find the information they need, and schedule their bookings with minimal effort.

I am also happy to report that the new booking system is fully integrated with our customer management system, so I can easily access customer information and have the room ready, how you like it, in advance.

Overall, I am thrilled with the new booking system and believe it will greatly improve the customer experience on my website. I hope that it will help my customers stay organised and on track with their projects, while also making it easier for me to provide the best possible service.
