1. Introduction
Welcome to Creao Studio located at 12b Regent Street, Harrogate, HG1 4BE. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and using our rehearsal room. By booking with us, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services
We provide a fully-equipped rehearsal room with a kit (provided the drummer brings their own breakables), a full back line, and PA. Please ensure you handle our equipment with care.
3. Bookings & Payment
- Bookings must be made online through our platform.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using a card.
- Once a booking is made, it is final; we do not have a cancellation policy.
- Failure to show up for a booked slot means forfeiture of that slot and no refunds will be provided.
4. Operating Hours & Conduct
Our operating hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. We ask all our guests to be respectful of our neighbours, especially when leaving the premises. Noise should be kept to a minimum during entry and exit.
5. Damages & Liabilities
Any damage to Creao Studio’s equipment or premises will be billed to the responsible party in full. Please treat our equipment and space with respect. Creao Studio is not responsible for any personal belongings or equipment brought into the premises.
6. Privacy & Data
Creao Studio values your privacy. While we do not collect personal data through our booking system, any communication or information shared with us will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Age & Capacity Restrictions
All individuals using our rehearsal room must be aged 18 years or older. For the comfort and safety of everyone, we restrict the number of individuals in the rehearsal room to a maximum of 6 people at any given time.
